Are you an art lover and wish to dive into one of the best painting collections in the world? This tour suits you!

Milan's most outstanding museum, the Brera Art Gallery, is recognised as one of the world’s major art collections.

Visiting the museum is particularly useful for getting a comprehensive overview of Italian art between the 13th and 19th centuries and especially for admiring the works produced in one of the most stimulating ages in European history. Excellent examples of Renaissance paintings by Italian and foreign Old Masters bear witness to the great cultural change and important achievements which influenced visual art all over the continent.

The Art Gallery is located in one of the coolest neighbourhoods of Milan where doing a little shopping, sipping a cup of coffee, tasting a delicious gelato and diving into culture is all part of the same experience. Centuries-old churches flanked by residential architecture, vintage and antique dealers, private art galleries next to tiny shoe stores and clothing shops make Brera a really dense and attractive district. We'll stroll along the narrow old lanes dotted with cosy bars and cafés, exquisite gelato stores, romantic restaurants and discover the reason this district has been chosen by Milanese intellectuals and Academy students as their favourite place.
